Today's Minister: Evangelist Lawrence Oyor

Evangelist Lawrence Oyor is a gospel music minister was born on June 16th to a Christian home based in Ibadan, a city in Oyo state in the western part of Nigeria, pre-dominant by the Yorubas. He was born with his twin, Godswill Oyor into a family of four where both parents are ministers of God.

Evangelist Lawrence Oyor is a minister of the gospel and a prophetic minstrel popularly known in the Nigerian Christian world for his revival chants and songs. His most popular chants “Bowl of fire” is said to be one the most divine connecting gospel chants. As a Gospel minister, Lawrence Oyor has released a ton of powerful gospel chants and songs since his emergence into ministry.

He is a young passionate lover and seeker of God, leading a Ministry called Davidic Minstrels. Davidic Minstrels is a global movement by the Oyor twins – Lawrence Oyor and Godswill Oyor . The movement is to awaken hearts to worship God and demonstrate his love and power. The group released a Christian album titled – Sound War 1 which consists of several gospel songs and chants.

Evangelist Lawrence Oyor leads a spiritual mentoring programme through the Lawrence Oyor Mentorship Platform. This is a more than personal journey to help individuals grow in their love walk with God

Evangelist Lawrence Oyor is happily married to Darasimi Lawrence-Oyor (Nee Mike-Bamiloye). They got married on 10th October, 2020 and are blessed with a son, Elijah Lawrence-Oyor who was born on 16th, July, 2021.
